1920’s Antique German Saint Nickolas Papier Mache Christmas Candy Container with Chime and Tree (SCC175). Approximately 9″ High x 2-1/2″ Wide with 3-1/2 Tree. Candy Container is 1/2 High. Very Good Antique Condition. No rips or tears in the fabric. This Saint Nickolas candy container is designed so the top half of the base comes off to reveal a hidden candy compartment. The candy compartment is approximately 1/2 high. Santa Claus has a lovely musical chime inside so when Santa is moved, music plays. Stamped “Germany” on the bottom.
